What we keep, and why.

OfferHunt stores your account (name and email from your sign-in method — there is no password), the resume you give it and what a model read from it, your job preferences, and the jobs you have saved, passed on or applied to. Job postings themselves are public data from employers’ career pages.

Resumes are read by a language-model provider acting for us, only to extract your profile. We do not sell personal data. The services that process it for us are Vercel (hosting and resume file storage), Neon (the database), Google (sign-in), Resend (when email sign-in is enabled) and Fireworks AI (reading resumes).

For each assistant you connect, we keep the connection and its access tokens, stored only as one-way hashes. To enforce daily limits we record which jobs were shown to your account on which day, and keep that record for 90 days. What a connected assistant receives is then held by its own provider under its own terms.

Disconnect an assistant, or delete your account and everything above, from your account page. Deletion takes effect immediately.
