Who we are

Fluey AI, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) owns and operates OfferHunt and the offerhunt.ai website. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit the website, sign in, upload a resume, get job matches, fill and track job applications with the OfferHunt extension for Chrome, or use OfferHunt through connected assistants such as Muse, ChatGPT, Claude, and Grok. Information we collect

• Account details from your sign-in method, such as your name, email address, and profile image.
• Your uploaded resumes, extracted text and profile, job preferences, saved or hidden jobs, feedback, and application records you or an authorized agent provide. Application records can include submission status, confirmation references, notes, interview details, next actions, and update history.
• Your assistant OAuth approvals, hashed access and refresh tokens, requests made through those connections, and records used to enforce daily limits.
• Application details you save for job application forms, such as your contact details, links, education, work eligibility, and salary expectations, and whether you saved each on the website or in the extension.
• Information the OfferHunt extension for Chrome sends while it fills and records your applications, described below.
• When you open a job’s application from OfferHunt or from an apply link your AI app shows, that you opened it and when; and when you tell us you applied.
• Messages and attachments you send when requesting support.
• Technical information needed to operate and protect the service, such as session cookies, IP addresses, request times, and error or usage records.
• Which days you use OfferHunt while signed in: the kinds of website pages you open (such as Recommended or Liked, not the full address) and, for a connected AI app, which app it is and which OfferHunt tools it calls, with how many times each day. We use this to understand which parts of OfferHunt people return to.
• The campaign tags (such as utm_source) on the link that brought you to the website, or, when a link has no tags, the name of the website that sent you (for example a search engine or social site, not the page address), with the page you landed on and when. We keep these in a cookie for up to 90 days and save them with your account if you sign up, so we can tell which links and partner sites bring people to OfferHunt.

Job postings collected from employers’ public career pages are separate from your account information.

How we use it

We use your information to sign you in; read your resume and build a job-search profile; match and rank jobs; remember your preferences and application progress; coordinate authorized applications and prevent duplicate submissions; fill and record the job applications you choose with the extension; answer requests from your connected assistant; provide authorized private resume downloads; enforce limits; provide support; and maintain service security and reliability. A model provider processes resume text to extract your profile and may process a summary of that profile and your job preferences with job information to assess matches, works out what new application questions ask, and drafts answers to open ones when you ask. We do not sell your personal information.

Who receives information

We use Vercel for hosting and private resume file storage, Neon for the database, Google for Google sign-in, Resend when email sign-in is enabled, and a model provider (currently Fireworks AI) for resume reading and matching, and to work out what new application questions ask and draft the answers you ask for. These providers process information to provide their services to us.

When you authorize an assistant such as Muse, ChatGPT, Claude, or Grok, its tool calls can receive your resume file and extracted contact details, profile, preferences, matches, saved jobs, and application information. Each assistant provider handles the information it receives under its own policies. We receive only files you authorize for OfferHunt, not arbitrary attachments in your other chats. Your AI app manages its own scheduled tasks and browser actions. OfferHunt does not connect to your mailbox; an agent with separately authorized email access can send application updates and evidence references for OfferHunt to record.

If you authorize your agent to apply to jobs, it can retrieve your stored resume through a private download link and send your resume and application answers to the employers you selected. OfferHunt download links expire after ten minutes and stop working when the resume is deleted or the connection is revoked. The employer and its application service handle submitted information under their own policies.

Disconnecting an assistant stops future access through that connection. It does not delete your OfferHunt account or erase information already received by the assistant or an employer. Manage scheduled tasks separately in the AI app; disconnecting OfferHunt does not remove those tasks.

The OfferHunt extension for Chrome

The extension fills job applications on Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby and Workable from your OfferHunt account and records the applications you submit. Before it reads anything, it shows what it reads, sends and records, and it does nothing until you continue. It reads pages only on those application sites, never their sign-in pages or other sites, and it never submits an application for you.

• What it sends to OfferHunt: the questions and answer options on the application form you fill, the form’s page address, answers you choose to save for next time, your work authorization match setting when you choose to update your matches, work authorization answers you give for one fill (used to plan that fill and not stored), the confirmation page’s address after you submit, the company and job title when the job isn’t in our catalog, a draft answer you ask it to rewrite, usage counts such as how many fields it filled or you changed, as numbers only, and which field you report as filled wrongly, never its value.
• What it never sends: what you type into application forms, passwords, or anything else on the pages you visit.
• What the employer gets before you submit: on Ashby forms, what the extension fills is saved to the employer’s application system as it’s filled, as if you typed it, even before you submit. On Workday, each step is saved when you press Save and Continue. Every one of these sites uploads your resume to the employer’s application system as soon as it’s attached, and Lever reads it there to fill in the form.
• What it gets from OfferHunt: your saved application details, suggestions from your resume and your sign-in account, and your current resume file, to put into the form you’re filling.
• What stays in your browser: your sign-in to the extension, and for up to 7 days any application record it couldn’t send yet.
• AI answers (beta): while they’re on for your account, questions OfferHunt hasn’t seen before, and their answer options, go to our model provider on every fill so it can tell what each asks, with nothing about you. Questions about work eligibility are never sent. When you ask for drafted answers to a form’s open questions, our model provider receives the job posting and why it matched you, those questions, your resume’s headline, summary, skills and work experience, your saved answers about your start date, notice period, relocation and salary expectations, and any draft you ask it to rewrite. It never receives your name, your email address, phone number or home address, your links, or your answers about work eligibility. OfferHunt doesn’t store the drafts.

Your application details belong to your account: you can see and change them on your account page. We never learn from what you type into a form without asking.

We use the information the extension sends only to fill and track your job applications, and to update your job matches when you ask it to. OfferHunt’s use of it adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We don’t sell it, use it for advertising, or use it to decide credit or lending. We transfer it only to the service providers named in this policy and to the AI apps you connect, to provide this service, or when the law requires it, and nobody at OfferHunt reads it unless you ask us to, it’s needed for security, or the law requires it.

Retention and deletion

We keep your account, resumes, profile, preferences, and job-search records while your account is active, unless you delete them using the available controls. We normally retain the current resume file and up to two other completed resume files; files still being processed may be retained temporarily. When an older file is removed through routine cleanup, its extracted profile and resume record may remain until you delete that resume or your account. Usage records used to enforce daily limits are pruned after 90 days; this does not delete saved jobs or application history. Records of which days you used OfferHunt are kept while your account is active, as are your application details, the extension's fill counts and the applications you opened.

You can disconnect an assistant or delete your account from your account page. Account deletion removes account-linked records and stored resume files from active systems. Some technical logs, backups, and copies held by other providers may remain for their applicable retention periods or where required by law.

Your choices

On the website you can upload a resume, answer or change your job preferences on your account page or with your Recommended page’s filters, like jobs or mark them not interested, show hidden jobs again or unblock companies, disconnect an assistant, and delete your account. Through a connected assistant you can also correct resume facts, delete a resume, and pause your search; if you don’t use one, email us to do these. Deleting a resume clears its text and parsed content, removes access to its file, and removes its derived profile if it is the current profile source. File cleanup may be retried if storage is temporarily unavailable. Explicit preferences, saved jobs, and application history remain; deleting a resume does not withdraw an application or remove a copy already sent to an employer. The resume record, including its file name and processing metadata, may remain linked to application history until you delete your account. You can see, change, or remove your application details on your account page, sign out of the extension or remove it from Chrome at any time, and decline voluntary questions on any form. Disable scheduled job-search tasks separately in your AI app. You can also email us to ask about accessing, correcting, or deleting your information. We will respond according to applicable law and may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. We use cookies for sign-in and to remember the campaign tags or referring site that brought you here, and we store your chosen display theme, and the AI app you pick in our setup guide, in your browser. Blocking this storage may affect sign-in or appearance.

Changes to this policy

We will post updates here with a new effective date and provide additional notice when a change materially affects how we handle your information. Contact contact@fluey.ai if you have questions.
