Terms of Service

1. The service and these terms

OfferHunt, including the offerhunt.ai website and the OfferHunt extension for Chrome, is owned and operated by Fluey AI, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). It matches you with jobs on the website, and a connected assistant such as Muse, ChatGPT, Claude, or Grok can also use it to find jobs, coordinate applications, and track progress. These terms are an agreement between you and Fluey AI, Inc. By signing in, connecting an assistant, or using OfferHunt, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

2. Your account

Keep your sign-in method and connected AI apps secure. You are responsible for activity through your account and your assistant connections. AI apps connect through OAuth with your approval. You can disconnect an assistant or delete your account from your account page. Disconnecting does not erase information an assistant or employer has already received. Contact us promptly if you believe your account or a connected app has been compromised.

3. Job information and assistant responses

Listings come from employers’ public career pages and may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or removed without notice. Matches, rankings, and AI-generated explanations are aids to your search, not a promise of an interview, offer, salary, sponsorship, or employment. Verify important details with the employer before applying or making a decision. Company names and logos belong to their owners; showing them does not mean an employer endorses or works with OfferHunt. OfferHunt supplies job data, resume access, and application coordination tools; an AI agent with browser actions can use them to apply on your behalf with your authorization. OfferHunt does not operate the employer's application form itself or act as an employer, recruiter, or immigration adviser.

Connected assistants and an employer’s application site are separate services with their own terms and privacy practices. You choose whether to connect an assistant, apply yourself, or authorize an agent to apply to selected jobs, including a list of jobs. You are responsible for providing accurate information and reviewing prepared applications before submission. Your agent may need your help with sign-in, CAPTCHA, or missing answers. Browser actions and any mailbox access depend on the agent's capabilities and your separate permissions.

The OfferHunt extension for Chrome fills application forms on employer sites from your saved application details and resume, and records the applications you submit. AI drafts and filled values can be wrong. You check every answer and submit the form yourself; OfferHunt never submits a form for you.

Connecting OfferHunt does not enable a schedule or authorize applications. Daily searches run in your AI app; the daily-search prompt only retrieves matches. Confirm the schedule and connection in that app before relying on it. Treat an application as submitted only after confirmation, and verify an uncertain outcome before retrying. Pausing your OfferHunt search blocks new recommendations and application submission checks, but does not cancel your AI app's scheduled tasks or withdraw applications already sent.

4. Acceptable use

Use OfferHunt for your own lawful job search. Do not use it to copy or resell the job catalog in bulk, bypass account or daily limits, share a personal account to pool access, interfere with the service or employer systems, or misrepresent the source of a listing. Automated requests from assistants remain subject to the same limits.

5. Your content and our service

You keep ownership of the resume, preferences, notes, and other information you provide. You give us permission to store and process that information to provide, personalize, secure, and maintain OfferHunt as described in the Privacy Policy. Fluey AI, Inc. retains rights in the OfferHunt service, software, and branding; these terms do not transfer those rights to you.

6. Availability and changes

OfferHunt is currently free. We will tell you about any paid features and their price before you choose to buy them. Your AI app may require its own subscription for connectors, scheduling, or browser actions. We may change features, limits, or availability, and may suspend access when needed to protect the service or address a violation of these terms. You may stop using OfferHunt at any time.

7. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, OfferHunt is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, uninterrupted access, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, Fluey AI, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

8. Updates and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will post the new effective date here and give additional notice for material changes. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the updated terms. Questions about these terms can be sent to contact@fluey.ai.
