Help & support
OfferHunt is owned and operated by Fluey AI, Inc. For help finding jobs, setting up your resume and preferences, using OfferHunt with Muse, ChatGPT, Claude, or Grok, or managing your account, email contact@fluey.ai.
Include what you were trying to do, the error message, and when it happened with your time zone. Remove personal information from screenshots. Please do not email your resume, sign-in links, or access tokens.
Getting started
Sign in with Google, then add your resume and answer six questions on your Recommended page. Your matches appear there, best first, each with the reasons it fits and anything to check before you apply. Like the jobs you want to come back to (they stay on your Liked page), mark the rest not interested, and apply on the employer's own site. If email sign-in is available and your link expires, request a new one from the sign-in page.
Resumes and preferences
Upload your resume as an English PDF or DOCX file up to 4 MB when you first open your Recommended page, or later on your account page. A connected AI can also save it or give you a private upload link. Resume text pasted in chat helps matching, but browser applications through OfferHunt require the file. Reading a file usually takes about a minute. You can answer the questions without a resume.
Recommendations start once you have answered six questions: target roles, locations, work arrangement, levels, minimum salary, and work authorization. “No preference” is a fine answer. Answer them on your Recommended page or account page, where your resume's suggestions are filled in for you to confirm, or with a connected AI; all of them save the same answers. Your Recommended page then lists your matches, best first, and its filters change these same answers. Upload links from an AI app expire after 24 hours and can be used once. If a link expires, ask your AI for a new one. For a failed parse, ask it to retry the existing resume; a queued parse may need more time. Scanned PDFs without readable text need a text-based PDF, DOCX, or pasted text. Processing allows 2 new resume contents per Pacific day and 10 per rolling 30 days.
Job results and daily limits
Listings can change between checks; confirm availability on the employer's application page. Your Recommended page lists every job that fits your answers well enough, best first. In an AI app, recommendations start with up to 10 strong matches and may include matches you have seen before; fewer are returned when fewer jobs fit well, and weaker matches are left out of that first answer rather than used to fill it. Ask your AI app for more to go on down the same list your Recommended page shows. Repeated requests do not guarantee a new batch. Search in AI apps reveals up to 100 distinct new jobs per Pacific day; your matches, on your Recommended page or in an AI app, do not count toward it. For a wrong or closed listing, include the company, job title, and public posting URL. Daily limits reset at midnight Pacific time; once an AI app is connected, your account shows the remaining usage.
Connecting an AI app
Start with the agent connection guide. Choose your AI's tab: ChatGPT installs the OfferHunt plugin and Claude adds the OfferHunt connector, each from its own directory; Grok uses a custom connector, and Muse uses a setup prompt. Technical setup and the public MCP URL are on our developer page. Your AI app should renew the connection automatically. If a check fails temporarily, let it try to restore access first. Reconnect OfferHunt in your AI app only if it still says your connection needs attention, then sign in and approve access on OfferHunt. Never paste sign-in details into chat. You can review or disconnect AI apps in your account.
Daily checks in your AI app
Follow the daily setup guide for your AI app. Choose a time and time zone, confirm the saved task's next run, and check its first completed run. Connecting OfferHunt alone does not create a schedule, and scheduling availability depends on the app and account. The daily prompt finds up to 10 current matches; it does not submit applications.
Applying with your AI and tracking progress
You can ask your AI to apply to all the jobs in your list. It needs browser actions and your permission, asks for missing answers, and lets you review the prepared applications before submitting. If browser actions are unavailable, it can prepare answers and give you the employer links. Login screens or CAPTCHAs may need your help.
Record an application only after confirmation. If the outcome is unclear, verify it before retrying to avoid duplicates. Tell your agent when you hear back so it can update your application stage, interview details, and next action. Reading recruiting email requires a separate connection and permission in your AI app.
Ask your agent to pause your OfferHunt search to stop new recommendations and block new submission checks; recording an accepted offer also pauses it. Existing application tracking can continue. Pause or delete scheduled tasks separately in your AI app.

Your account and data
Disconnect an assistant or delete your account from account settings. Disconnecting stops that app's access but keeps your OfferHunt data. To remove a resume and keep your account, ask a connected AI to delete it or email us; deleting your account removes all account-linked records and stored resume files from active systems. For access, correction, or deletion requests you cannot complete there, email us. See the privacy policy for how your information is handled.
